Introduction

The objective of the Asia Oceania Forum for Synchrotron Radiation Research (AOFSRR) is to promote comprehensive cooperation for the development of science and technology in the Asia Oceania region. 7th AOFSRR (AOFSRR 2013) will be held from Sep. 21st (Sat.) to 24th (Tue.), 2013 at Egret Himeji (68-290 Honmachi, Himeji, 670-0012, JAPAN).
We offer sponsorship opportunities for vendors in order to share the information on latest research advances of science and technology for the synchrotron radiation researches in the Asia Oceania region.

Simply complete Application Form and submit it to the Secretariat.

Payment

After the Application Form is received, the invoice will be sent. Exhibitors are to make payment by the date as stipulated on the invoice. Payment is to be made by bank transfer, in Japanese yen with the transfer charges being paid by the exhibitor.

Cancellation

In principle, applications cannot be cancelled after the Application Form is submitted.

Booth Allocation

Any request for booth allocation cannot be accepted.

Exhibition Management and Waiving of Responsibility

The organizer will do its best to efficiently manage and secure the exhibition as a whole including items displayed by engaging security guards. However, the organizer shall not be held liable to compensate for losses and/or damages resulting from any reasons.
