The registration fee includes the welcome party, refreshments and a SPring-8 site tour.

Financial Support

Financial support will be provided by AOFSRR Council Members in each country. If you need financial support to attend the workshop, please contact the above members in your country.

Visa Application

Participants from certain countries may be required to obtaion a visa to enter Japan. Click and see details of Visa Information.

Cheiron School Students

All Cheiron School students must participate in the AOFSRR2013 workshop (Sept. 22nd - 23rd) and present a poster at the workshop. Please submit your abstract to Cheiron School secretariat by July 16, 2013. A shuttle bus from SPring-8 to the workshop site will be arranged by the school.

*Workshop on-line registration is not required for those students.

Payment of Registration Fees

After receiving the notification of abstract acceptance (not confirmation e-mail of registration), complete your workshop payment immediately.
Final deadline of payment : August 31, 2013. September 16, 2013

By Credit Card Visa, Master, AMEX and JCB credit cards are accepted.

*Participants from outside Japan are requested to pay the Registration Fee by Credit Card.

By Bank Transfer An additional cost of 4,000 JPY is required for an International Bank Transfer as a Bank Handling Charge. Bank account details will be sent to you by e-mail after completion of On-line registration.
