Participants from certain countries may be required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. Please consult your nearest Japanese Embassy/Consulate or visit the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan for the updated visa policies to determine if you need a Japanese visa or not.

To apply Japanese visa, you may be required to submit documents prepared by inviters or guarantors. AOFSRR2013 Secretariat can prepare and send the neccesary documents for your visa application.
If you need the documents, please request them by taking neccesary steps described below;
| 1. Complete the On-line Registration and the payment for the registration fee. 2. E-mail the AOFSRR2013 Secretariat (aofsrr2013@spring8.or.jp) by July 31. We will e-mail you the visa request form for preparation. |
Please note that visa application process may take depending on the situation and status. We highly recommend you to begin the process at your earliest convenience, by July 31.
